As a Test Creator at Cyber Edu Inkor, I am responsible for designing and developing psychological assessment tools tailored for middle and high school students. My work primarily focuses on creating tests that measure intelligence, personality, and interests. Additionally, I contribute to the employee recruitment process by assisting with personality assessments. My role involves ensuring that these tests are scientifically valid, reliable, and effective in evaluating the targeted traits and abilities, ultimately supporting educational and organizational goals.In addition to my test creation duties, I also teach in the Prakerja program under the auspices of Cyber Edu Inkor. I lead the "Initial Psychological Support" class, providing essential training and support to participants.
