Responsible for creating and coordinating a floor plan which consisted of shift times, break times, and meal times.Supervise front end of the store as well as the Customer Service CenterResolve any and all issues with customersReset register tills to specified amount every morning and eveningProvide assistance to all guests and cashiers

-Greet all customers warmly and respectfully-Be prepared for any problem or reason for calling-Resolve any customer complaints whether on the phone, email or mail-Assist with all money transactions such as; Moneygram, money orders, etc.
