My time with the Marketing/Branding team involved contributing to a campaign aimed at enhancing the company’s digital presence. Through market research and content creation, our efforts led to a 15% increase in social media followers and improved brand awareness. In the People and Culture department, I supported the development of a diversity and inclusion initiative by organizing workshops and creating educational materials. This initiative resulted in a 10% increase in employee engagement in D&I programs. These experiences allowed me to hone my leadership, communication, process improvement, marketing strategy, branding, and organizational culture skills.
