Instructed a colloquium of 20 undergraduate transfer students on reserach skills, ethics, professionalism, time management, and accessing campus resources. Presented independent reserach projects at the Florida Undergraduate Research Conference, Florida State University Undergraduate Research Symposium, and ACC Meeting of the Minds Conference. Facilitated new member education meetings on chapter bylaws and expectations, member integrity, and medical school requirements. Improved chapter retention by devloping chapter member tutoring programs, continuing big/little pairings, and executing the "Phamily Time" programming during chapter meetings.
