Worked a Sales Coach for Coverance Insurance Solutions from March 2021-March 2022 when the company shut down due to unforeseen circumstances. As a Sales Coach my duties were to do live call monitoring, help coach the agent up with any missed opportunities during a 1 on 1 coach session, and to help with any help desk requests.

As a Sales Agent I sold Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Plans for the 2020 AEP and then went on to become a Sales Trainer for the 2021 AEP. As a Sales Trainer my duties including training new hires, keep track of attendance, put in pay, as well as do terminations for individuals that missed the allotted amount of time during training. On the customer service side we had to verify accounts, deal with complaints, send out fulfillment kits, view billing, advise them of annual checkups coming, schedule check up with doctors and/or transportation.

As a Quiktrip associate my duties included hourly upkeeps to make sure the store looked its best, do hourly restroom cleanings, emptying trash, and take care of the gas pump maintenance. As a Kitchen Trainer my job was to train all new hire for the kitchen portion making sure that food was cooked to the appropriate temperature, make sure that sanitizing measures were followed to satisfy state regulations, pull expired food, make sure the associate followed personal sanitizing measures as well, and train them to properly clean the machines after use every time.
