My academic background marries applied research methods from both disciplines, shaping how I view the world and its challenges with an equity-focused perspective.With five years of experience in equity-based research and programming, I've worked tirelessly to cultivate more inclusive spaces for Black girls and women in economics, data science, and public policy.
