I have a BS in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, where I learned the fundamentals of the fashion industry, from design and merchandising to marketing and operations. I also have an AS in Business Administration and Management from Hillsborough Community College, where I honed my skills in accounting, economics, and communication. I founded Diamonds-By-Rob™️ in the summer of 2023, July to be exact since then my team and I have been creating exceptional and one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces tailored to the unique tastes and desires of my clients.Before launching my own business, I worked as a client advisor at Louis Vuitton and Salvatore Ferragamo, two of the most prestigious and iconic luxury brands in the world. I developed strong and sustainable relationships with clients across the brand and all product categories, ensuring an exceptional and personalized client experience in store and online. I also acted as a brand ambassador, keeping up with press and media coverage on products and the company, and managing closing duties and inventory. I have excellent active listening, web savvy, and business review skills, which enable me to understand the needs and preferences of my clients, deliver high-quality service, and optimize sales and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about craftsmanship and detail, and I specialize in crafting custom jewelry that reflects individual style, celebrates special moments, and stands as timeless heirlooms.
