- Manage & control the operations of stores located in Cirebon, Indramayu, Patrol. - Ensure store operations run according to SOP & carry out audit functions at the store- Ensure efforts to achieve sales targets set in each store- Oversee the implementation of sales programs & ensure operational costs are controlled - Lead & manage team resources to grow & deliver expected performance.- Manage inventory through stock-taking activities & loss prevention strategies- Monitor the distribution of goods from the warehouse to the store to run well administratively & procedurally - Analyze stock level, inventory & sales achievement to be reported to Branch Manager Manager - Responsible to Branch Manager & Division Manager

- Develop sales target plan by analyzing market trend, influence of business competition map & momentum situation, competitor survey, quadrant mapping, customer needs index, & stock analysis.momentum situation, competitor survey, quadrant mapping, customer needs index, & stock control analysis to be considered by the District Manager.to be considered for District Manager finalization - Reviewing store profitability reports/data to determine critical areas that require strategicimprovement strategy- Manage & execute instore program ideas that drive business opportunities - Manage store appearance and ensure consistency & effectiveness of SOP implementation by supervisingover the performance of each Division - Conduct the process of directing, supervising, coaching, & developing employees in order to achieveeffectiveness & efficiency of team performance up to the level of career promotion - Coordinate & establish good relationships with various parties, both external and internalwithin the operational scope - Meet the standards, sales targets & Key Performance Index (KPI) set by the company- Compile & review various operational reports to be taken into consideration by DistrictManager in decision making and regional scale business strategy - Responsible to the District Manager

- Assist Store Manager in managing Store Support Division & supervise Support Team Leaderand his team (Admin Staff, Store Price Checker, Receiver & Warehouse Staff) - Control warehouse stock, including FIFO system & stock turnover, stock availability, & stock handlinggoods - Controlling stock inventory administration activities & warehouse item listing, as well as goods in/out activities - Ensure warehousing standards are in place & resolve all issues in store proceduresstore receiving procedures- Assist Store Manager to control & manage inventory cost & operational expense - Assist Store Manager to run various loss prevention programs in the store, includingroutine Stock Opname activities (daily, weekly, monthly) - Coordinate with Support Team Leader to implement display planogram updates - Responsible to Store Manager

- Assist the Store Manager in managing the Perishable & Grocery Division - Supervise Perishable Team Leader and his team and Grocery Team Leader and his team - Manage stock control & inventory cost of all Perishable & Grocery products - Manage discontinue items in Perishable & Grocery Division - Developing strategies to increase sales contribution of Perishable & Grocery products - Developing strategies for potential product sales losses- Ensure SOPs related to Perishable & Grocery Division run consistently & appropriately - Manage supplier display rental in an effort to increase other income - Coordinate with Buyer & Supplier team regarding procurement of stock items - Responsible to Store Manager

- Managing the Operational Division, in the form of oil palm plantation area (based on plasma partnership)area of 369 ha which is still growing - Create work plans & strategies to achieve operational targets (land expansion, planting, & maintenance) - Manage 6 field supervisors & 150 field workers - Conducted socialization, negotiation, & mediation with potential landowner communities regarding theexpansion of community land partnership with the company- Leading the activities of land measurement & calculation of compensation for planting community land - Leading land clearing activities & heavy equipment operations - Carry out the company's CSR functions & programs in the community environment around the company's land- Compile routine analysis & reports on the achievement of operational targets to the Estate Manager

- Perform quality control of raw materials to the final product during the production period - Verifying the feasibility of products ready for picking to the showroom- Make a report on work results to the Operations Manager - Monitoring targets to 6 production vendor partners who work with the company- Assist the process of managing invoice bills of all vendor partners to the company's Finance Division- Make work reports & production targets to the Operations Manager
