Having spent most of my career life in Shell, I had the opportunity to move across different teams and functions (not only in the Business, but also in Support function). This has made me very adaptive and ready for facing any changes and challenges that life may throw at me, both professionally and personally. The first-half of my Shell life was spent in multiple projects, that is why I am used to work in high-pressured and fast-paced environments, both in teams and individually.Those experience also gave me opportunities to meet and work with amazing people from different cultures. Those differences have proven to bring more ideas during brainstorming for creating new initiatives/process and solving issues. This has also made me realize that people are the engine of the business and it is vital to create cultures/environments in which they can thrive.As an individual, my values are respect for people and integrity. In my spare time, I love travelling, reading books, and watching movies.
