- Recruitment and Selection; To advertise job vacancy in any position using internet (mailing list), search and screening the qualified candidates based on requirement in database. Then interviewing, selecting, psychological evaluation and submitted the chosen candidates to client. Design contract between candidates and company for Outsource employee/s.- Psychological Evaluation; Instructor of psychological evaluation/assessment for candidates from clients. Give instruction psychological test/assessment tool (IST, DISC, Warteg, Baum / Draw of Man/tree, MSDT,) scoring .- Marketing duties: Looking for new customer, negotiating the price and maintaining relation with customer;.- Administration duties; Design agreement latter for client and outsourcing employee, Make invoice to clients. Filling document or data of candidates and payroll for outsource employee and workman security program (Jamsostek) / insurance of employee/es
