Make Business Plan Estate Management and IPL (Building Management & commercial area)5. Make an annual budget, OPEX and CAPEX6. Monitoring IPL collection7. Responsible for managing the FMS & GA department. - Engineering building & Medical Equipment - Security - Parking - Cleaning Service - Warehouse (Chemical, Medicine, Office Supplies) - Permit - Vehicle & Driver - Assets Management - Laundry2. Develop and control the annual budget of OPEX and CAPEX3. Planning, coordinating, evaluating and finding solutions to hospital building management4. Running energy efficiency programs for both electricity and water.5. Carry out maintenance & repair of hospital medical facilities and equipment6. Experience and Skills1. Create Plan Preventive Maintenance and Repair (Equipment, Facility Buidling, Warehouse), Such as: a.Electrical (Genset, Panel TM, LVMDP, SDP) b.Mechanical (Plumbing, Water Pump, Etc) c.Transportation Vertical (Lift, Escalator, Gondola) d.HVAC (Chiller, Cooling Tower, Freezer, AC Split) e.Compressor and Boiler f. Civil Work 2. Create annual budgets for Opex and Capex3. Control Budgeting (PnL)4. Create cost efficiency programs such as, manning, electricity and water5.
