Growing up, I was always inspired by my Grandad who single-handedly built a large property development firm, responsible for the construction and management of over 100 apartment blocks across Bali.In the early years, I was always involved in helping him around the office and laying a hand where I could in and around the business. Seeing how hard he worked to build the company instilled a passion for business and a great work ethic, ultimately leading me to study Commerce at Monash University.Due to my desire to contribute to the business, I still helped my Grandad where I could, which included assisting the board of directors through general administration tasks and also doing office management to gain experience whilst juggling my busy University schedule.Once I finished up at Monash, I had the choice to continue in the family business or branch out into other industries for a more rounded experience. I chose the latter and by chance came across Reminisce Events who were looking for a Personal Assistant to help in the day-to-day operations whilst the business was growing. The company aligned well with my passions, given my keen interest in music from a young age, if not for business, I may have chosen a career in singing. After several successful years at the company, learning the ropes of a new industry, the company partnered with one of the largest event companies in Australia and went through a major restructure.One of the founders, Mark, saw my talent for business administration and asked that I join the team at Windsor Advisers. A boutique advisory firm where we help companies develop scalable sales and marketing engines for them to achieve their growth plans in the fastest, most effective and profitable way possible. As part of our ‘oath to deliver’ results and an exceptional experience, we only advise one company per industry at any given time. This not only provides clients a unique strategy and competitive edge but ensures everyone involved is fully committed to the company's growth plans. As the Executive Assistant, I work closely with the founders, clients and other relevant stakeholders to ensure schedules, projects and meetings are managed successfully.
