Dian brings over 30 years of recruitment and staffing expertise in varying industries and size organizations. She has worked with companies with mature HR infrastructures, as well as start ups, where she helped lay the building blocks for a successful Recruitment team. Employed with AIM Computer Training as the Global Program Manager for 7 years, Dian spearheaded the Global Strategic Alliance (GSA). Her recruitment knowledge and excellent client relationship skills were paramount to her success in recruiting and managing 75+ computer training companies nationwide to provide training under the AIM GSA umbrella. After AIM Computer Training, Dian worked as the HR/Recruitment Manager for Universal Care establishing the foundation for a Recruitment Team. She then moved on to do HR Consulting where she provided her expertise to Healthcare, Information Technology, Government, Biomedical, and Financial Services organizations. Dian is known for her masterful skills of asking powerful questions and helping individuals and teams achieve clarity about issues, opportunities and actions that lead to results. Dian began her career as a Human Resources Generalist and has since managed recruitment, strategic business partnerships, compensation, training, and employee relations functions.
