Provide Engineering support for Landing Gear in-service and new design activities.Duties and accomplishment:• Investigate design issues, and provide technical review/disposition of open M-D Cost reduction, design improvement, error correction and change request for 787 landing gear activities• Liaise with other sites and functions on design engineering topics• Provided and coordinated support on Tag/MRB (Emergent Factory Support) related 787 landing gear activities• Produce CATIA V5 detail, assembly, Model Based Definition and kinematics• Performed/Applied Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) on produced parts and assemblies• Perform stack up analysis to ensure proper assembly fit

Oversee a team of 8 Wire Installation Design Engineers for the creation of wiring harnesses in support of Boeing 787 Engineering activities; concentrated on Landing Gear Harnesses, Landing Gear Conduits, Crowns and GalleysDuties and accomplishment:• Managed Projects and delegation of engineering tasks and change activities • Performed conformance checks, approval, releases per EWIS & FAA requirement • Mentored and trained new/less experienced designers• Intiated engineering design changes to improve production & installation• Collaborated in a development of EWIS guidelines for standardized electrical design practices• Assisted in creation and validation of for harness qualification and conformances report• Provide Major/Minor determination for change classification as a DAE in support of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) 21.93, 14 CFR 21.95 and 14 CFR 21.97• Led successful lean sigma improvement project to introduce changes in bundle network product structure, resulting increase in initial design lead time while significantly reduces lead time in design change evolution

Wiring Installation Designer in a 6 member team in order to design and improved wiring installation per EWIS and FAA requirement in support of Boeing 787 Engineering. Design work include Landing Gear Harness, Galleys, IFE, LAV, AMOD, Crowns, and Power Feeder.Duties and accomplishment:• Designed wire harnesses utilizing Electrical Discipline Workbench in CATIA V5• Collaborated in a development of bundle whirl analysis tool• Developed Digital Mock Ups and analysis for dynamic behavior of landing gear harnesses due to wind buffeting• Developed conduits for harness protection on landing gear environment• Developed qualification test and conformance document• Supported Tag/MRB (Emergent Factory Support) related activities• Provide solutions and engineering support for In-Service issues
