Leading the team in charge of the re-branding of RO&HU shopping centers, as part of the group re-branding strategy. Coordinated with the chosen PM company, the leasing department and the GM, the implementation of the rebranding of Militari Shopping: restructuring of leased and common areas for a new food court area, completely refurbished toilets and relaxation areas, gallery lighting, signage for both gallery and outside and underground parking areas.
