Hello, My name is Diana Arcos. throughout the years as a community interpreter i'v been able to provide interpreting services via remote and on-site to my local and surrounding communities. I took the Court Legal Interpreter course at Southern California School of Interpretation in 2017-2018. before finishing the course I started my internship at the LACBA Domestic Violence Project in the Superior court of Los Angeles. through this organization I was inspire to continue to develop my professional skills in order to provide quality interpretation. I have continue my professional development through Medical Interpreter Training course. I've apply my skills as an interpreter in virtual, in-person and a hybrid of both a the same time in, but not limited to: medical facilities, city and town halls, city councils and board of education meetings, school districts, unions, for and non-profits, enviromental agencies, investigative interviews, office of education, summits, trainings, workshops, community planning events, state agencies just to name a few. Under my own contracts, as well as a subcontractor with various interpreting agencies.As an Interpreter in a variety of events I've been enlightened in many different topics and issues. therefore, I constantly continue be able to have professional and personal development.
