My skills and duties are: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Respond to emails from customers and carriers; Evaluate and determine most efficient shipping route and method; Organize all shipments in line with company requirements; Control the whole way of transportation from start to its destination; Make contracts between the customers and the company; Keep the customers updated about their cargo.

My duties are handling incoming shipments, documenting inventory, and resolving customer service issues.
