Walk With Coach Diana is my private health and wellness coaching practice. I specialize in emotional wellbeing, trauma informed practice, and addiction medicine. I have spent my entire professional career - over 30 years support people who are struggling with eating addictions and adverse childhood experiences.

I provide clinical health education and individual health and wellness coaching for KP employer groups. Our mission is to promote wellness and guide employees toward life long health behavior change that will increase health awareness and medical self care and confidence. We strive to engage our clients by connecting in ways that promote curiosity, compassion, and self efficacy. I also consult with groups on how to establish and maintain meaningful worksite wellness policy and practice. Clients include: Marriott, the County of San Diego, the City of San Diego, Yahoo, University System of Georgia, the Federal Reserve BankFor fifteen of my twenty seven years with Kaiser Permanente I worked in the Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center as a weight management counselor in medically supervised weight management program and bariatric surgery preparation program. My specialty is in trauma informed care, addiction medicine and post traumatic stress. I also have extensive training in Motivational Interviewing. Over the years I have written many health education modules on stress management, mind body health, burnout, and emotional wellbeing.

Presented a breakout session on understanding the emotional impact of the pandemic that generated a collective traumatic event and how that has impacted our audiences and ourselves.

Provided all day intensive training for WELCOA Summit. Focus of training: Adverse Childhood Experiences Study, Social Determinants of Health, trauma informed communication in worksite wellness planning and programming.

Wives of War is a community developed transitional support service for wives of military service personnel. We are a very small group of concerned community members who have developed significant relationships with a small group of wives who are in need of mentoring, understanding, and connection that is unrelated to the DoD. We are a 501 3c non profit organization.
