Since 1991, I have been professionally involved in the field of wellness, alternative healing methods, mind spa and yoga as a student, teacher, counselor and consultant. My work is informed by the transpersonal movement, modern psychology, shamanic healing traditions indigenous to both North and South America, and yoga. I am an independent business owner, but have collaborated since 2003 with a number of world class luxury hotels to develop spa programs that integrate a mind spa component and/or menu including the Eden Rock in St. Barth, St. Barth Isle de France, Cheval Blanc St. Barth, Cap Juluca in Anguilla, Chiva-Som and Kamalaya. Presently, I am based in both St. Barth , and I continue to develop programs, travel as a visiting consultant and run destination workshops in the healing arts.I am thrilled to announce my new collaboration with Spa Excellence des Sens by Christophe Marchesseau at the Cour Vendome in St. Barth.
