Develop and deploy strategy in an area of talent acquisition. Plan and organize recruitment activities;Develop, maintain and ensure execution of local recruitment & employer branding policies, procedures or guidelines as separate or part of global guidelines;Develop and deploy Employer Branding programs covering JTI employees, future workforce, professionals as well as HR & other professional communities using both internal and external communication channels.Responsible for company onboarding and suggestion management systems;Provide analytical support by setting & tracking relevant KPIs achievement. Monitor global and local labor market trends as well as technology development via participating in professional communities, internal statistics analysis. Ensure local & global reporting as may be required;
