Procurement-Assist user departments in developing and reviewing scopes of work, specifications, and determining if a small purchase is the appropriate sourcing method.Review, coordination and monitor request for quotes.Complete small purchase procurements and purchase orders.Assists team members in resolving issues with Financial Disclosures and Conflict of Interest forms with vendors.Perform data analysis and prepare reports.Create and maintain procurement files for Purchasing Services and/or Engineering Contract Services contracts within a contract management system.Administration of various contract processes through the Tollway's web-based project management system, e-Builder and the Tollway's enterprise resource planning software (SAP).Input and review of e-Builder processes as it relates to Purchasing Services and Engineering Contract Services processes and procedures.Input and review of financial database processes with e-Builder, SAP and other Tollway databases.Develop procurement reports on status of procurement development, schedule, workload, etc.

Engineering- performing a detailed review of consultant reallocation and transfer requests, documenting any payment issues and monitoring their resolution via the Web-Based Program Management Software, performing accurate and timely review of Consultant Rate Forms, keeping detailed tracking records of payment documents, following up with consultants, subconsultants, contractors, project managers and other departments to ensure timely processing of all items specified herein, keeping staff and managers abreast of progress and delays in a timely manner, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Engineering-reviewing CRFs, processing Consultant invoices, following up with consultants, sub consultants, and PMs, logging CRFs and distribute them to payment expeditors from Document Control mailbox, assisting other Tollway staff with various tasks, review Financial Disclosure forms for Construction Contracts before forwarding on to the SPO, coordinated with the SPO on Financial Disclosures forms for Construction Contracts, review Manpower Reports for invoices before forwarding on to PM, reviewed PRFs, WRRF, PEPC before forwarding on to PM, helped with Tollway mailing procedures, and assisted Chief of Engineer with various tasks

Responsibilities include onboarding, compliance, employee benefits, payroll, accounts receivables and payables, managing employees, overseeing day to day tasks in office, meeting with City of Chicago inspectors, notarizing partial and final lien waivers, collecting payments from clients and Title Companies. Ensuring the safety of employees, making sure they are paid according state and federal law, documentation and staying up to date with training and certifications. Coordinating details of each project.
