• Ensure that the production plan matches customers’ demand, and in time to meet on-time delivery to ensure OTD of more than 98% and backlog less than 4%.• Regular review with Customer on the forecast (EBC) received to understand the demand fluctuation.• Sales order preparation and shipment arrangement to customer.• Internal co-ordination with Manufacturing Cell on capacity planning to develop production plan in order to meet demand• Review the purchasing plan with PO Admins on materials safety stock and needs to support production plan.• Reactive to initiate solution when encounter sudden surge of demand or when encounter problem in meeting customers’ demand.• Manages Production Plan in system (SAP), monitor schedule and complete finished goods within target schedule.• Manages components required by production, run Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and maintain the database, to ensure sourcing plan meets demand• Analyses MRP demand and trigger stock replenishment.• Extend and maintain material master on SAP. • Create and monitor repair orders from customers.• Manages finished goods and components inventory to optimum level.• Manages KPI on accuracy of Production Plan planning and on material management.• Assisted in providing traceability reports during Boeing (customer) inspection• Consolidates and prepares yearly MYB budget.• Participates actively in Quality clinics and Kaizen discussions.• Follow approved procedures and guides to ensure no major findings in IPCA A+, OSAC and Boeing Audits due to supply chain issues.

 Manage customer demand for aircraft direct use & stock replenishment material and assure delivery of components to our customers in the APAC region according to agreed KPIs Monitor and control material held by the customer and ensure effective return management of unserviceable or unused components from customer Initiates required action for response to customer service requests Perform Initial Provisioning of Consignment Stock per contractual requirement Perform periodical inventory check at customer sites Ensure pro-active mitigation of operational risks Ensure high data quality of orders and component transfers in the IT system Continuous review and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity Ensure seamless collaboration, proper communication and quality service to both internal and external customers and partners Escalate business critical observations to management Support Customer Program Manager on fulfilment review and provide recovery plan analyses demand pattern and provide proactive solution to ensure KPI sustainability Provide operational reports as required for management reporting
