This role includes support of business analysts; management of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators); RCAs(Reason Consistency Actions); coaching; auditing and participating in the Insights programs with improvement ideas. Since March 2022 I also started supporting the BT Team in the Insights program, by helping other QSAs presenting their improvement ideas as well as approving them and raising them via internal platform straight to the client.
