I started practicing yoga in 2000, initially to help me overcome chronic pain and anxiety. I began to realize that yoga was more than just a routine of asanas (postures). The main benefit I learned was how the breath and movement are ways to balance the mind and body. Yoga is a wonderful way to stretch and lengthen the body. My passion lies in helping others obtain the same benefits. I specialize in gentle and kids yoga.
