Oversee healthcare data analytics to support community health center patient population health, clinical outcomes, quality improvement, care integration, care coordination, operations, research and advocacy needs for 50 community health centers caring for approximately one million patients in Massachusetts.

I oversee a range of technical assistance for community health centers focused on clinical data; population health; data warehouse; Patient Centered Medical Home; Meaningful Use; data reporting and analytics; quality improvements and optimization of HIT tools and reporting. I manage the League’s operational assistance, technical assistance and quality improvement work with 36 participating community health centers to maximize the use of data driven initiatives, regulatory compliance , reporting and analytics to support patient care, care coordination and payment reform.

Responsible for the operations of a multi-site Federally Qualified Health Center affiliated with Baylor College of Medicine. The practice employs an integrated care model for the homeless population of Houston, TX. We provide primary care, case management, psychiatry, psychology, substance abuse counseling, podiatry, outreach and dental services.

In charge of the day to day operations of four medical cites in downtown Houston that serve the homeless population. Our services include medical, dental, psychiatry, pharmacy, podiatry, social work and a bus to transport homeless people to various social service agenices. We also have a jail in-reach program to work with soon to be released inmates to set up healthcare and social services. We strive to work with people to address their healthcare needs and help them to end homelessness.
