After a long career in retail banking sales & management, I have discovered that project management, bank merger/integration, and business analysis leverage my experience - while I work independently and enjoy being part of the "heavy lifting", my favorite part of my job is the opportunity to work together to build strong teams and find solutions that meet all constituents' needs. I currently do a little bit of everything - project management, team administration, business analysis, business case development, change management and process improvement. I like being involved on projects on all levels - from being a part of the executive decision making process by providing support and information, to working with various business lines to execute on project plans and a ensure successful client (both internal and external) experience. Helping to translate between the tech teams and the front line is my strong suit - I'm not technical enough to be a network admin but I can help translate business needs and system needs to ensure all our teams are working on the same page toward the best and most efficient solutions.
