There are three main issues that I intend to tackle :1. We need to promote more sustainable agricultural practices 2. We must recognize the hard labor of the coffee producers 3. There are still too many people drinking very bad coffeeWith this in mind I develop Café Los Andes, a project that brings specialty coffee to France, paying close attention to the sourcing, the story behind the product.
