My desire is to help kids recognize their potential to become who they want to be, rather than just reacting to their fears and past hurts. To help them understand and recognize how choices in moment by moment situations effect the outcome of their lives. My ultimate focus is to teach skills so they will recognize and tap into their own inner resources to deal with obstacles, emotionally so that it will enhance them academically. Many kids with emotional issues have difficulty just being a kid - I emphasize the importance of enjoying their youth. God has great plans for each of us, but we need to allow the miracle to take place.
