I was an intern in the Quality Assurance Department.I was responsible to call customers about their issues and concerns with their connections. I have done field work where we inspect the installation of the technicians if it follows the requirements of installation. I was also the one doing the reports for the daily inspection.

I was an intern in their Service Department.I was responsible for printing receipts and doing some repairs. I was also one to speak with the custumers about their corncerns about the products they bought. Help my supervisor to run errands and do some work related stuff.
