- Involved in all stages of the research process from project implementation through to final delivery, collaborating closely with other departments and liaising with clients; - Collaborating with the development team in order to improve the current products and/or accommodating the non-standard projects; - Monitoring project KPIs and ensuring these are met by all the teams involved; regularly reporting these KPIs to all stakeholders;- Managing the overall budget of the project, checking project specs and ensuring the billing is done accordingly;- Ensuring project tasks are executed and milestones are achieved within the agreed timelinesMentoring new comers as part of internal processes;
