Established strong cross collaborations between key stakeholders within local universities and KIPP to intentionally plan and execute events guided towards student academic excellence. Responsible for planning, managing, and leading the process for renewing, drafting, and finalizing Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) between KIPP and universities while focusing on data analysis to set realistic metrics and goals for all parties. Leading initiatives with partner universities and colleges to ensure a strong and smooth transition for KIPP Alumni (high school seniors); done by strategizing, developing, and implementing meaningful collaborations with key department chairs, directors, and professors. Successfully leading and managing the San Francisco KIPP College Advising team; maintaining meaningful-trusting relationships to identify each individual’s strengths while also continuing to focus on identifying each teammate's areas of growth in order to maximize their full potential.
