As President & CEO of Pelletier & Associates (P3 Ergonomics), Diana Pelletier has over 30 years experience in the fields of ergonomics, disability/risk management, workers’ compensation, occupational health and wellness, career counseling and vocational rehabilitation. Diana holds a Masters of Science in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has worked closely with Safety Managers, Risk Managers, Facilities Personnel and Human Resources Professionals.Diana is a Certified Professional in Disability Management, and Rehabilitation Counselor from the Office of Workers Compensation Programs, U.S. Department of Labor. She is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist II and a Certified Trainer recognized by the American Society of Training and Development. With her extensive knowledge of California’s Ergonomic Standard, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Workers’ Compensation, OSHA guidelines, and state and federal regulations governing, Diana has been committed to delivering a variety of services to organizations throughout Southern California. These services include; but are not limited to, developing and enhancing large scale ergonomics programs and identifying solutions to return injured employees back to work. Today Pelletier & Associates has worked with over hundreds of employees who have either been injured in the work place or are concerned with preventing future injuries in the work place.

Diana provided direct services to employers about disability management including ergonomic workstation analysis and training, return to work program development, modified/alternative work coordination. Diana pursued new business opportunities by generating proposals. She also managed projects related to vocational rehabilitation and coordinated staff and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Diana was responsible for the supervision of vocational counseling office which provided services to over 300 clients annually.

Provided vocational rehabilitation counseling services to industrially injured clients pursuant to Labor Code 139.5.
