Creation and maintenance of Failure Analysis Inspection Reports submitted to Military and Commercial entities. Validate documentation for accuracy before shipping activities.

Provide patient care under the supervision of the RN team member. Perform nursing tasks providing for patient's physical hygiene, including bathing, hair care, bowel care, oral care, and measures vital signs, including pain level. React appropriately in an emergency. Take precautions against infections following Standard Precautions and appropriate isolation techniques. Utilize proper positioning techniques to maintain patient's body alignment and prevent complications. Assists in meeting the nutrition and hydration needs of the patients. Assist in the healing and prevention of skin lesions. Collect specimens as requested. Aware of the functional status of the patient (i.e., know transfer techniques, total hip precautions). Answer call lights promptly. Keep clinical manager/staff nurse informed of any problems. Documents appropriately. Promptly reports changes in patient signs and symptoms to staff nurse. Promptly notifies appropriate staff of patient discharge or transfer. Stocks unit. Order supplies. Always following hospital policies and procedures. Refer to supervisor, charge nurse, or team leader when unfamiliar situations arise. Report immediately any issues where patient rights might be compromised to supervisor, charge nurse, or team leader. Perform any and all duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to me with a positive attitude.

As a Configuration Manager I understand the vital importance of internal/external Commercial, Military, and Industrial Policy/Procedures/and Standards in the completion of my duties. I was also responsible for the training of new employees in their understanding of Internal Policy and Procedures and Work Flow knowledge. As a Technical Data Specialist at ITT, I was responsible for all new and revised product data entered into ITT's BPCS Manufacturing Operating System (Mfg software) using an AS400. As an Internal Auditor I participated in scheduled and non-scheduled government and commercial audits of the entire Manufacturing Process.
