Design and Construction of 15 storied concrete framed structure supported on a 138 bored cast in-situ pile foundation. Key Responsibilities are,• Review of detailed project plan monitoring the progress and take immediate actions to speed up the process.• Chairing site meetings, attending to queries raised by contractor and giving on site decisions to avoid project delays.• Coordinating with client, contractor, architect and local authorities for all the project requirements.• Approval of Payment certificates of contractor.• Maintaining an online database and management dashboard for all the documentation of the project to achieve maximum efficiency and systematic documentation.• Analysing proposals given by the contractor for variation of works and selecting most suitable method considering cost, impact on society and time of construction. • Managing site staff to ensure all construction works, testing are according to QA/QC procedures, specifications and guidelines. Achievements• Completed the pile foundation (138 piles) on time with a minimum operating staff in middle of Covid Pandemic with 100% piles confirming to expected performance.• Achieve 15 days cycle for slab construction using Aluminium system formwork.

• Designed water supply systems, wastewater treatment and disposal systems, storm water management systems and swimming pools’ water treatment and circulation facility.• Supported engineering design development through analysis and 3D computer models for structures, roads, storm water disposal systems etc.• Prepared conceptual and formal design drawings to specific standards and client's requirement including design and drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.• Checked design compliance with product specifications and standards requirements.• Provided alternative design solutions in order to avoid the construction issues with the site condition.• Provided the hydraulic designs for water conveyance systems.• Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labour to determine project feasibility including operational, and maintenance cost.• Liaise with clients and authorities for project-related matters.
