Post transition of the plant from American Electric Power to Buckeye Power. I and my team assumed more responsibilities and task of due to the change of Ownership. Some of the skill sets I was allowed to learn during this progressing and transitional time includes contract creation for the Power Generating Plant, system administrator to our new EAM, Contractor Relations, and miscellaneous purchasing invoicing. These on top of the tasks I was originally hired to accomplish with AEP, demonstrates my cross training, ease of additional skill set, and team work that is applicable to anything that comes about with any company.

As the manager and server of a small family business. I obtain skills of server customers and understanding their needs. I was given the responsibility of running the establishment when the head managers needed to step out along with train new members on the serving team. I will learn how to manage time quickly, execute new tasks and most importantly problem solve and conflict mediation. As a server we would serve, run, bus, and shift clean up. As a manager I would train and lead a positive work environment. My other responsibilities includes balancing orders and double checking and ordering our stock inventory. Additional skills I gained is creating the Daily Specials menu, balancing the restaurant's account along with making personal relationships with customers.

At the Limited we strive to Seize the moment with our co-workers and our clients. I assisted with selling on the sales floor utilizing The Limited's brand culture increasing the number of sales to footsteps in the side. Another one of my tasks includes pricing and organizing markdowns, and setting up the displays according to the brand's guide and planograms with every new floor set.

The internship at Arhaus exposed me to many aspects of the business that overlaps fashion with furniture. My daily tasks would include updating the service log communication between customer and client services along with invoicing out parts from vendors to our warehouse or customer using the Storis system. Along with these tasks I had addition projects such as organizing vendor credits using excel and their individual folders. Along with making communication between vendors, corporate, and delivery for a excellent product and customer service for the consumer. I also had several projects with the Senior Analysts where I would organize data and numbers to figure out outstanding team members, and problematic products and delivery issues in our supply chain. With this we would take information from logs, surveys, and the accounting team to create monthly delivery report, and quarterly reviews with each team member. Additionally with these tasks me and my team manager would work with the numerous buyers to organize and inventory fabrics using excel, and help create and repair clients special made pieces. Towards the end of my term I left with a heavy heart and many good byes my formatting is still used through out the department to efficiently organize information.

As a sales associate for a progressive and and classic company, I was part of the team that made top ten in the district region for sales. We would not only focus and learn more trends being sold to our demographic customer; we would shop with them and have a relationship with them to help complete the look. I was responsible for cleaning and presentation of the shop. Along with greeting and helping Sydney feel and look beautiful as she has a unique shopping experience in our shop from the moment she walked in to when I cash her out. I have also helped with the stock inventory and setting up the displays, and training new members on to our team.
