As a member of the Strategic Marketing Group at KEYENCE, a global leader in industrial automation, I apply my leadership and customer service skills to provide strategic support and guidance to all of our sales representatives. With over four years of experience in sales engineering, I have developed a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of various industries and markets, and how to deliver optimal solutions to our clients.My passion for education, which I pursued in my Bachelor of Education degree from Millikin University, has also helped me to hone my communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, which are essential for my current role in training the largest amount of new hires in Keyence’s history. I enjoy collaborating with my team to create and implement effective training strategies that empower our bright and talented new sales force.
