Responsible for the day-to-day general tenant operations of a portfolio of properties. Provide an impeccable experience for all tenants, contractors, prospective tenants and office personnel.• Prepare leases for commercial and residential tenants.• Update vacancy report and market available units via social media or flyers.• Update and maintain Company Website.• Identify, develop and maintain procedures related to tenant administration functions.• Respond to tenant inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Monitor issue and track result.• Manage tenant charges and calculate rent increases based on each tenants specific Lease.• Review lease expirations and manage renewals.• Calculate Common Area Maintenance and Utility charges for all properties. Ensure correct charges are passed through to Tenants.• Manage rent collections of overdue rent including processing of late charges and evictions• Schedule shared conference rooms at various locations through Medina, Wooster, Brecksville and Orrville.• Manage tenant communications and dispatch personnel per specific issue. Act as liaison between tenant and contractors.• Monitor property transfers through county auditor(s).• General office administration including answering telephones, filing, fax and email.• Coordinate meetings for the President of the Company.• Review e-mails for President of the Company. Identify and respond to issues that need immediate assistance.
