Forum: Encuentro de Dos Lienzos (The Two Canvas Forum). We brought together two groups of experts: one in the Tilma of Our Lady of Guadalupe, and another in the Shroud of Turin. The Forum’s objective was to compare the historical, anthropological, scientific, and pastoral relevance of both canvasses. The Forum’s had several private conferences during these three years, which happened in Rome, Mexico City, and Jerusalem.

Assessment of operational processes. Analysis of data and presentation of findings. Validation of the proposed apostolic processes and design of a special user-friendly approach to guarantee the involvement of the users who were going to be responsible for the implementation of the new processes. Deliver training and conduct follow up to the implementation.

Developed and launched a new apostolic initiative that fosters prayer among families worldwide. Designed a framework for expanding the initiative in 9 different countries, reaching more than 500,000 families.Designed and implemented the organizational structure, processes, and operational model in 12 countries, based on a franchise model. Translated the program into 7 languages and developed the web pages in 4 languages.

Launched the first Teleton in Mexico.- 24-hour live fundraising event.Established the needs for the first Teleton Rehabilitation Center (CRIT).Created the first Medical Advisory Committee for the CRIT.
