Hello, I’m Diana, and I founded The Ramsay Group in 2018, a search and consulting firm dedicated to strengthening healthcare and behavioral health organizations through exceptional leadership.I’m passionate about human and animal welfare, and devote much of my spare time to serving on the boards of several organizations with national reach and whose missions reflect my desire to make a positive impact in the world. I started my career many years ago on Capitol Hill, lobbying on behalf of mental health and disability issues. After many executive leadership positions at organizations such as Wordsworth Academy, Woods, Sheppard Pratt Health System, and Johns Hopkins Health System, I have learned that for our industry to serve people who need our support, as well as our employees and communities, we need competent leaders who bring vision, persistence, and inspiration. If you’re that person, or want to be that person, I’m happy to talk.
