Responsible for researching new ways to involve civil society in anti-corruption participation processes, advising on the implementation of mechanisms for the inclusion of vulnerable groups, and facilitating training sessions. Responsible for reviewing the progress of participation and inclusion activities in the National Commission Against Corruption together with the Director and assistant, coordinating actions with other institutions, evaluating their effectiveness, and collaborating in the elaboration of reports.

Offering specialized knowledge in the conceptualization and assessment of digital initiatives aimed at addressing technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV) in Guatemala. Providing critical review and guidance on project materials, including campaign content. Collaborating on the development and refinement of a TFGBV lexicon tailored to the Guatemalan context. Furnishing keywords, phrases, and pertinent indicators associated with TFGBV.

She's Great is a holistic community-based program for young women and men that aims to identify and transform gender stereotypes and build inclusive communities where students are equipped with the networks and skills to participate fully in their communities and careers. Through the program, it leverages a larger network of stakeholders and partners at the community and national levels to better promote the enhancement of girls' economic, technological, leadership and innovation skills and opportunities. It currently operates in seven countries around the world. This is a project funded by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Global Women's Issues and implemented by IREX. The Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD) is the implementing partner of IREX in Guatemala.
