Introduced to this internship via my undergraduate program at UNCC. Innervision is a nonprofit social rehabilitation center which helps mentally ill patients transition into a more independent lifestyle after their time in hospitalization. During my internship I performed numerous administrative duties while also gaining hands on experience with both interaction and communication with patients.Developed a "healthy lifestyle" class during my time there where I would help patients learn the importance of exercise and the benefits of incorporating it into their every day lives.
