Employee Benefits Account Manager

Extensive knowledge and experience researching and structuring employee health and welfare benefit plans per the parameters set by the small group and large group employer. Actively participate in the plan presentation to business owners and their employees. Effective at conducting employee meetings and providing administrative assistance for employers, including claims resolution for employees. Advanced expertise in the area of healthcare reform and compliance with applicable laws. Providing clients with knowledge and insight needed to stay compliant with federal, state and local regulations related to employee benefits is a priority.
