Personally responsible for the financial management of the budget for the home and allocation of funded hours; responsible for all health and safety management and maintenance of the home including building works, contractors and specialist equipment.Liaising with people we support, families, regulators, Social Workers and various stakeholders around placement applications and transitions; including liaison with various health professionals around ongoing needs changes and compatibilities within the home. I was the allocated Paralegal for Stagecoach Bus defending claims against them. I am confident presenting in court. A crucial part of this role was meeting with clients and expert witnesses to gather evidence and prepare documents for court. My mental health work involved dealing with cases of unlawful detention where the majority of my clients were experiencing trauma and distress. I have substantial experience of personal contact with clients, witnesses and family members living through a sensitive and distressing time in their life. This has enabled me to develop exceptional interpersonal skills that allow me to gain personal narratives in an ethical manner, thereafter extracting and presenting relevant information.

I was able to gain a wealth of research experience in this role as my first position as a Personal Injury Executive, honing and refining my research skills.
