• Responsible for New Hires and Terminations, meetings with executives & hiring managers, interview scheduling, recruitment screening/processing resumes, designated point of contact for Temporary Agencies/Temporary employees• Benefits administration for Leaves of Absences (LOA), FMLA, ADA, Worker’s Compensation, Cigna/Aetna reports• Workday HRIS administration and run various monthly reports (Headcount, company organizational charts Visio, Active/Inactive EE, etc.)• Documentation and data management (MS Excel, vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.)• Corporate event planning (holiday parties, summer picnics, employee involvement committee)• Support C-suite Executives, hiring managers, all departments for hiring, terminations, Benefits enrollment, general HR Employee Relations, etc.

• Responsible for New Hires and Terminations, coordinate meetings with employees (Visas, UCSD Work Study, Visiting Researchers, Collaborators, Post Docs, Graduate/Masters Students, etc.)• Screen/process resumes, new-hire requisitions, job descriptions temp-end reports, New Hire Orientations, applicant tracking, main point of contact for management and employees, I-9 etc.

•In charge of administrative and recruiting support to the General Affairs and Human Resources Departments, working with both internal and external customers.•Support payroll and recruitment processes, such as reviewing time sheets and reconciling any payroll discrepancies, as well as verifying attendance and hours worked through accurate posting of detailed information.•Maintain Job Descriptions and other legal forms and documents with high levels of classified information.•Support the New Hire on-boarding process, as well as the Benefits and Annual Evaluation administrations.•Coordinate on-site and off-site interviews and event functions.•Work closely with the Director of Human Resources, Assistant Manager of General Affairs, the HR Generalist, and managers from all departments with efficient verbal and written communication.
