Diana is an executive and entrepreneur with a 15+ year track record of building and scaling organizations across corporates and startups. She is an operator at heart, with proven ability to shape strategy, run company-wide operations, drive business development, and cultivate teams. She is currently the COO of BlockTower Capital, a leading institutional investment firm focused on crypto and blockchain technology across traditional and digital assets. Prior, Diana was an "Executive on Loan" on sabbatical from Bridgewater Associates and the co-founder NeighborShare, a technology driven nonprofit startup that helps families through pivotal moments of need of $400 or less. As CEO, she built the organization from scratch, designing and recruiting a remote 30-person volunteer team, world class Board of Directors, and ultimately her successor. To date, NeighborShare has scaled to over 60 partner nonprofits across 26 states, fundraised almost $1.5M, and provided direct aid to 6500+ neighbors across the country.Prior to co-founding NeighborShare, Diana spent 15 years holding several executive roles at Bridgewater Associates, a globally recognized asset management firm with $150 billion AUM.
