I offered my services as a consultant to Tecnoplast, a small business working towards the plastic industry. The final products delivered as a consultant were: -Creating an online cloud, containing the important data refering to the company and its employees. Such as: -Macrofile of the employees personal data. -Digital Employee files. -Templates for HR and all related company files. -Etc. -Constructing and sistematizing the HR department. -Creating job profiles and descriptions.-Managing and adding employer benefits.-Signing and renovating contracts.

We recruited on a software and hardware engineers on a national level. My main responsabilities in this position included: -Contacting the selected candidates and schedule their interviews. -Provide feedback to non selected candidates.-Colecting their personal documents in order to make their file-Handing their files to the compensations and benefits department.-If the candidate was from another state, schedule their flights and hotels in order for them to attend their interview.-Constant contact with managers and selected candidates.-Attending job fairs. -Scheduling online video-interviews between managers and candidates.
