Bridge Studies is a UC Davis work-study program for students to be able to tutor elementary students at Sci-Tech Academy. The tutors are paired with one or two students that need extra help in the subjects of Math and English.

During the Summers, Kern County Superintendent of Schools gives the Migrant Education Program Region V the opportunity to send Mobile Team Tutors to various low - income sites, home and schools with summer programs to provide them with materials and topics that help expand their education. Over 10 sites are covered in the school districts of Kern County to give the students educational lessons that will help with their education and in the real world. I was able to prepare and lead lessons for the students, as well as expand my team work, sportsmanship, and leadership skills.
