I also manage the full sales cycle of SaaS products and custom software development from prospecting to deal closure, and lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software developers, project managers and product owners. One of my most important tasks are overseeing project execution and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions while cultivating strong customer relationship as a trusted advisor and monitoring customer satisfaction levels.

As someone who had worked in an indirect sales model for over a decade, I was thrilled to learn the ins and outs of direct sales in the e-commerce space. It was exciting to be able to cover the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and to work with both B2B and B2C customers.One of the most rewarding parts of the job was being able to contribute to the product development strategy. I enjoyed being involved in the process of fine-tuning our products to better meet the needs of our customers. Here I could find myself in the fast-paced and never boring world of consulting business and learnt a lot about Scrum. Overall, working for Virgo was a great learning experience that I will always value.

I loved working with OEM partners (like ASUS, Acer, DELL, HPE, Lenovo) in Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia. It allowed me to develop my skills in relationship-building, strategic planning and sales, and I am still proud of the successful partnerships we were able to establish. I was also responsible for developing and executing measurable demand and lead generation campaigns which involved identifying new opportunities for growth.
