As group marketing manager, I reported directly to the CEO and led the transformation of the marketing function through introducing and successfully deploying a wide array of tailored B2B and B2C marketing strategies via developing a “marketing menu” solution for all 31 business units to leverage. The Candle Australia marketing menu was instrumental in winning the 2006 FEMA (Fairfax Employment Marketing Awards) and provided a step-change in how marketing was perceived in the group.
