Staff - Finance, Performance ImprovementFunctions:- Detailed design and Implementation of Recruitment, Travel, Food and Events services for a Shared Services Center.- Lead the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards for 14 subsidiaries of EPM Group and three of EPM's internal processes.- Identified, cleansed and related Data for migration to a CRM that facilitates the collection, cleansing and analysis of organizational data.Achievements:- We successfully went live with Food, VIajes, Recruitment and Events services at the Compartimos Service Center, serving a population of more than 7000 people in the organization.- We achieved the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards in 14 subsidiaries and 3 internal processes in EPM in its IT processes and tools.- Identification of Master Data to be migrated to the new CRM.

Intern - FinanceFunctions:- Support in the evaluation of the Feasibility of the Shared Services Center for Ecopetrol in the area of Services and Logistics and Human Resources.- Communications Plan for the Shared Services Center project for Ecopetrol in the area of Change Management.- Information research and Benchmark of processes related to the Services and Logistics area for shared services centers.Achievements:- Approved the feasibility and high-level design of the services identified in the Services and Logistics and Human Resources fronts.- Some 40 internal stakeholders were impacted by the project and some 100 external stakeholders by means of the communications plan designed.- We were able to compare the activities, processes and FTEs assigned to each of the processes evaluated.

Human Resources AssistantFunctions:- Planning of activities and training required to maintain motivation and good mental health of embassy employees.- Affiliation and Disaffiliation of personnel to the Health, Pensions and Severance Pay system of local personnel and their beneficiaries in order to ensure compliance with Colombian labor law.- Recruitment (Publication of vacancies, analysis of profiles, summons to interviews, execution of interviews, etc) that allowed continuity in the positions that required to be filled.Achievements:- Recruitment and selection of 3 vacancies within the established deadlines.- Correct affiliation and disaffiliation of approximately 40 Colombian personnel to the social security system.- Planning and logistics of training for 200 people in soft skills.
